FRANK GUYNN
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Guynn serves as Chief Financial Officer for the CRE Diversified Income Fund. Mr. Guynn holds a BBA in Accounting and Finance from Southern Methodist University and is licensed through the Texas Real Estate Commission and National Mortgage License System. Mr. Guynn began his career in 1998 while working as a forensic accountant for Surety Construction Consultants where he handled all accounting functions on multiple jobs in multiple locations. Mr. Guynn has also served as VP of Finance & CFO for Coleman Homes where he managed all financing and accounting activities for a residential mortgage banker and home builder. Mr. Guynn has experience directing all financial and human resource operations, performing cost analysis and developing operational budgets and variances for over $120 million in yearly builder sales as well as mortgages.
Mr. Guynn has also served as a Financial Controller for CEB Construction where he performed the audit on the general liability insurance, the workers compensation, the internal finances and the multi-state sales and federal tax. Mr. Guynn has also served as the Financial Controller for "The Lending Partners" a financial leader for a prominent DFW mortgage originator and banker. Mr. Guynn was responsible for all financial aspects of $1 billion in origination of purchase and refinance mortgages including VA and FHA programs.

Grant Baker
Chief Accounting Officer
Mr. Baker holds the position of Chief Accounting Officer for the CRE Diversified Income Fund. Mr. Baker graduated magna cum laude from the Ohio State University with a masters in accounting. Mr. Baker worked at KPMG as an audit associate and quickly moved up to senior audit associate where he worked on the audit of a fortune 100 company. While at KPMG Mr. Baker supervised 1-2 audit associates at any given time, performed audits of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and PCAOB standards and Performed walkthroughs and conducted internal control test work to ensure compliance with COSO framework. Mr. Baker also completed all phases of audit engagements including planning, budgeting, and fieldwork while working directly with managers to determine audit approach, scope and testing to be performed.
After leaving KPMG, Mr. Baker joined the public accounting sector working for Worthington Industries. Mr. Baker has worked in leadership roles at both public and private companies within their accounting and finance divisions. While working at Worthington Industries, a publicly traded company with more than $50 Million in annual revenue he performed monthly reviews with facility and division leadership over operation metrics. Mr. Baker also implemented a cycle counting program at the Greeneville facility and assisted in developing a commercial strategy for the division. Mr. Baker holds both a Bachelors and Masters in accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Brian Swope
Vice President of Acquisitions
Mr. Swope holds the position of Vice President of Acquisition s for the CRE Diversified Income Fund. Mr. Swope has over 20 years of real estate sales and real estate acquisitions experience. Mr. Swope's previous experience includes Director of Acquisitions for Skyclover Properties and as a Corporate Liaison Manager for Monument Realty. While working for Skyclover Properties Mr. Swope was responsible for managing a team of seven acquisition agents, one disposition manager, one lead manager and one transaction coordinator. While at Skyclover Properties Mr. Swope was responsible for analyzing market trends and identifying suitable off-market real estate investment opportunities.
Mr. Swope's role with CRE Diversified Income Fund includes identifying potential acquisition opportunities throughout target markets of the U.S., procuring, evaluating & underwriting commercial real estate investments within select sub-markets of the United States. Mr. Swope's role will also include reviewing operating statements, rent rolls, and market rent comps; research and analyze demographic, economic, and real estate market data to recognize market trends to support all underwriting assumptions with a high level of certainty. Mr. Swope holds a BA, Economics from the Ohio State University and is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas.
